Surgical Green Killian Nasal Speculum - With Fixation is a stainless steel nasal speculum designed for surgeons examining the nasal cavity. Its two cone-shaped blades widen the nares to support a view of the nasal walls and access during nasal procedures. This model includes a fixation screw. It has a fiber optic feature.
The two blades form a broad cone for viewing the nasal cavity. Their retracting edges have a blunt outline. By providing access, the speculum supports procedures such as foreign body removal, nasal packing and biopsy sampling.
The long grip handles support dexterity and control during manipulation. Outer serrations provide a textured gripping surface to help maintain a steady hold.
Blade sizes range from 35 to 85 mm. The shafts measure 13 cm in length.
Manufactured from premium grade stainless steel, this reusable instrument is Premium Operating Room (OR) grade, passivated for rust prevention, ultrasonically cleaned and dull-polished. It is latex-free, individually packed and supplied non-sterile. Boil, performance and shape tests are performed, and the instrument is QC passed.
