Surgical Green Masing Periosteal Elevator is a 19.5 cm stainless steel instrument designed for tissue flap separation and elevation during nasal surgery. Its two long blades provide a rounded, blunt end for soft tissue separation and a sharp edge for cutting. Blade sizes are 3.0 mm / 2.0 mm, and marks on both blade necks support measurement. A slender profile supports access to deeper nasal areas.

Sharp and Blunt Blades in One Instrument

The two long blades are designed to slide beneath tissue flaps. The rounded, blunt end supports separation of soft nasal tissue. The second blade has a sharp edge to apply a cutting force. Their different shapes provide a choice of working end.

The blade sizes are 3.0 mm / 2.0 mm. Marks on both blade necks support measurement during use. The 19.5 cm instrument has a slender design for reaching deeper parts of the nose.
