Surgical Green's Obwegeser Pterygoid Osteotome offers multiple surgical advantages for plastic surgeons. These advantages come in handy during maxillofacial reconstructive surgeries.
For this purpose, the Osteotome has an atraumatic, double-beveled blade featured with a curved outline. Moreover, the blade is available in 8.0mm, 10.0mm and 11mm sizes. As a result, surgeons can divide the pterygoid plate regardless of the patient’s anatomical variations.
In addition, the Obwegeser Pterygoid Osteotome features a solid, square-shaped handle supplied with a straight outline. Also, the handle comes with a bottom circular impacting platform, which receives mallet impacts during surgery.
