Surgical Green's Obwegeser Septonasal Osteotome offers multiple benefits for ENT surgeons. These benefits are especially important during nasal reconstructive surgeries that require nasal septum osteotomy.
For this purpose, the Osteotome features a forked blade supplied with two prongs the end in olive-shaped tips. Moreover, the prongs help in engaging each side of the septum. After that, surgeons can press the U-shaped beveled blade against the bone to reshape it.
In addition, the Obwegeser Septonasal Osteotome features a solid, square-shaped handle equipped with or without depth markings. The handle is convenient to measure the exact deep access into the nasal cavity during surgery.
