Surgical Green Roger Periosteal Elevator is a 19.5 cm stainless steel instrument designed for tissue flap separation and elevation during nasal surgery. Its two long blades are each 4.0 mm wide: one has a rounded, blunt end and a curve for lifting tissue, while the other has a sharp edge for more direct pressure. A slender profile supports access to deeper nasal areas.

Sharp and Blunt Blades in One Instrument

The two long blades are designed to slide beneath tissue flaps. The rounded, blunt end supports separation of soft nasal tissue without a direct cutting edge, while its curve assists tissue lifting. The sharp blade provides an alternative working edge for applying more direct pressure.

4.0 mm Blades and a Slender Profile

Both blades are 4.0 mm wide and have different lengths, providing a choice of working end. The 19.5 cm instrument has a slender design for reaching deeper parts of the nose.

Serrated Central Handle and Satin Finish

A long, light central handle supports grip and dexterity. Outer handle serrations help maintain a secure hold during fine manipulation, while the fine satin finish helps reduce glare in the operative field.
